Evaluations

At this time, I provide adult ADHD evaluations only.  These are in-person at my location in Bloomington, Indiana.

 

An adult ADHD evaluation typically involves three in-person meetings. The first meeting is 60-90 minutes long and involves an in-depth clinical interview. You will be given ADHD assessment tools to complete at home and return to me at the time of our second meeting. The second meeting is 30-60 minutes long and consists of completing any remaining interview questions and reviewing the responses you have given on the assessment tools. At the final meeting, I will provide you with a written report detailing your evaluation results. The final meeting is typically brief although I will want to allow time for any questions you might have about your results.

If I am an in-network provider for your insurance company, I will bill insurance for these evaluation sessions. Please refer to the Rates & Insurance tab for more information.
